Effective date: November 2, 2026.
1. Who we are and how to contact us
This Privacy Policy describes how Webworks360 LLC, trading as PawsProduct ("we," "us" or "our"), handles personal information in connection with pawsproduct.com, wholesale customer accounts, purchases and customer support. Business contact information can be personal information even when an order is placed for a company.
Contact: support@pawsproduct.com. Mailing address: Webworks360 LLC / PawsProduct, 110 Jabez St. Suite#148, Newark, NJ 07105, United States. Please use the subject "Privacy request" for privacy-related questions.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide: name, email address, account credentials, business details you provide, billing and shipping addresses, telephone number where provided, order selections, quantities, support messages, shipping quotation requests, return claims and supporting photographs or documents. If you submit resale or tax-exemption documentation, we use it to review the requested tax treatment.
The registration form offers an optional newsletter subscription. It does not ask for a title or date of birth, or offer a partner-marketing opt-in. Previously provided account information may still be held under the retention criteria below; removal of a field does not automatically erase historical records. Please provide only information relevant to your account or request. Do not send full card numbers, security codes or passwords by email or through the contact form.
Information generated when you use the store: cart and order records, payment and refund status, account activity and preferences, and technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, page visits, cookie identifiers and server logs. Sources include you, your browser, our store platform and payment or delivery providers handling your order.
If you use product reviews or other public contribution features, content and the display name presented with your contribution may be visible to other visitors. Do not include private information in public contributions.
3. Why we use information
We use information to create and maintain accounts; prepare quotations; process and fulfill purchases; arrange delivery; handle returns, refunds and disputes; respond to messages; maintain transaction and accounting records; detect fraud and abuse; secure and operate the store; and understand how visitors use it. We also use your marketing preferences to manage subscriptions and send communications you have chosen to receive.
Information needed for payment, delivery or required records may be necessary to complete your order. Optional marketing choices are separate from transactional communications about your account or purchase.
4. Payments through Stripe
We use Stripe to process online payments. In the Stripe payment flow, full card details and security codes are entered into Stripe's payment interface rather than into the PawsProduct account or contact forms. The store integration uses payment references instead of storing full card numbers or card security codes.
We share information needed for the transaction, such as customer contact and billing details, order reference and amount. We receive payment-related information such as transaction identifiers, status, refunds and limited payment-method details, which may include card brand and last four digits. Stripe may also collect device and technical information for payment security and fraud prevention.
Stripe processes information under its Privacy Policy and may act as a service provider or an independent controller, depending on the activity. Optional Stripe services, such as Link or saved payment methods when offered, have their own settings and privacy information. Deleting a PawsProduct account does not automatically delete a separate Stripe or Link account or records Stripe must retain.
5. When information is shared
Information is disclosed as needed to providers that support the store: hosting and technical services, including Hostinger; Stripe and relevant payment participants; carriers and delivery services; email and customer-support services; and analytics services as described below. For example, a carrier needs delivery information, while Stripe needs payment-related information.
We may also disclose relevant information to professional advisers and authorities when needed to meet legal obligations, protect rights or address fraud and disputes, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable protections.
6. Cookies, navigation analytics and your choices
Essential cookies support sign-in, cart contents, preferences and security. These functions remain available when you refuse optional analytics. Blocking essential cookies in your browser may affect account access or checkout.
Google Analytics is optional. The store does not load the Google Analytics tag until you choose “Accept analytics.” You can choose “Reject / withdraw analytics,” or close the panel without accepting. Refusing analytics does not prevent you from shopping.
Use the “Cookie settings” button to review your choice or withdraw permission at any time. We save your choice in this browser's local storage for up to 180 days. Clearing browser storage, using another browser or device, or expiry of the preference may cause us to ask again. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice may not persist. When the scope of analytics is expanded, we ask previous accepting visitors to choose again; existing refusals continue to be respected until their saved preference expires.
After you accept, our integration measures visits to approved public pages (home, catalog categories, product pages and information pages), products viewed, clicks on product links and public navigation links, and clicks leading to our contact page. Product events contain only the public catalog product ID. Page addresses are replaced with standardized paths without query strings or fragments, and page titles are generic.
We measure campaign source, medium and name only when they match a predefined list of non-personal marketing labels. We may also classify a referring search engine or social network using a predefined list; we do not send the original referring URL through this integration. Unrecognized campaign labels are discarded.
We do not load Google Analytics on cart, checkout, payment, order confirmation, customer account, registration, search or contact pages. Our analytics events do not include customer names, email addresses, account IDs, search terms, form contents, cart contents, order IDs, purchase amounts, refunds, payment methods or card details. Payment and sales records are handled separately by the store and Stripe for transaction purposes, not sent to Analytics. Advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google Signals remain disabled.
The measured events are public page visits (page_view), product views (view_item), product-link clicks (select_item), public navigation clicks (navigation_click) and contact-link clicks (quote_contact_click). A contact-link click does not disclose the contents of any subsequent message.
Analytics still involves online identifiers and technical information processed by Google, such as browser or device information and information associated with your connection. Navigation analytics is not a promise of complete anonymity. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
When you withdraw permission, the store disables its analytics integration, attempts to remove accessible Google Analytics cookies for this site and reloads the page without the Google tag. Withdrawal does not retroactively erase information already received by Google. Stripe's payment and fraud-prevention technologies operate separately from this optional analytics choice.
The current store control uses your explicit choice in “Cookie settings”; it does not automatically interpret browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. You may also contact us about privacy preferences and rights under applicable law.
Enhanced measurement, Google Signals, user-provided data collection, granular location and device data collection, and advertising personalization are disabled in our Google Analytics property. Standard analytics may still process basic technical information and automatic session-related events; these settings do not make analytics anonymous.
Google Analytics user-level and event-level retention is configured to two months, without resetting user retention on new activity. Google states that retention changes take effect after 24 hours. This setting does not govern most standard aggregated reports and is separate from the browser consent preference and the store records described below.
7. Marketing and your choices
You can ask us to stop marketing emails by contacting support@pawsproduct.com or using the unsubscribe option provided in those messages. This does not prevent us from sending necessary messages about orders, payments, delivery, returns, account security or a request you made.
8. Retention and security
We retain information according to the purpose for which it is needed, the account or transaction involved, accounting and legal requirements, and the need to handle claims, prevent abuse or resolve disputes. Closing an account does not necessarily remove transaction records we must keep. Backup copies may remain until their normal replacement cycle, subject to appropriate restrictions.
We use HTTPS for the public store and Stripe payment connections. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please use a unique password and contact us if you suspect unauthorized account use. This policy does not claim that all stored information is encrypted or that the store holds a particular security certification.
9. Access, corrections and privacy requests
You may update information available in your customer account or contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information, or to discuss your preferences. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may also have rights to obtain a copy, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, opt out of specified uses, or appeal a decision.
We will assess and respond to requests within applicable requirements. We may need proportionate information to verify identity or authority to act for another person. We will not request your account password or full payment-card details for verification. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security or transaction purposes; we will explain relevant limitations when responding. You may contact us to ask for reconsideration of a decision and, where applicable, contact the competent regulator.
10. Processing locations and external services
Our business operates in the United States. Service providers may process information in other countries where they operate, subject to applicable requirements and their relevant arrangements. This policy does not promise that all store information remains in the United States. External websites and independently provided services have their own privacy notices.
11. Children
The store is intended for adult business purchasers and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact support@pawsproduct.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
12. Updates
We will identify the effective date of this policy and publish updates here. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before materially changing how previously collected information is used. A privacy notice explains our practices; it is not blanket consent to unrelated marketing or data sharing.
